Product Repairs, Returns
Product requiring repair can either be returned to your Festool dealer or directly to the TTS workshop
If returning product direct to the TTS repair facility it is essential that we obtain certain information from you, we therefore ask that you download the Repair Order Form from the link below

Fill out the form completely, please provide as much detail as possible and fax it to
Fax. 09 272 2220, if the product is under warranty shipping will be free of charge but you must attach proof of purchase or the Festool 1+2 warranty confirmation certificate
Once received our customer service team will assess your return request, providing all information on the form is correct the product return will be arranged.
Customer service will contact you and confirm the repair return has been arranged by providing you with a repair reference number and the method of transport to be used. It is most important that you place a copy of this information with the product being returned
It is our aim to have the product in and out of our workshop within 48 hours
